I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear. – Nelson Mandela

“You know how it is with some girls. They seem to take the stuffing right out of you. I mean to say, there is something about their personality that paralyses the vocal cords and reduces the contents of the brain to cauliflower.” ―P. G. Wodehouse

My Puppy Progress Report from Diane at Diane’s Canine School of Charm:

The man did much better today. He has such a zest for life that he thought he didn’t have to do anything I asked him except sit and that was momentary. Today he sat longer, walked on the leash much better and learned that biting the hand that gives him the treats is a no no. Down was better also. I love his attitude, he does want to please and he is smart, a thinking lab. Tomorrow we see if he comes when called with and without distractions. Take care. Diane
