My Puppy Progress Report from Diane at Diane’s Canine School of Charm:
The man did much better today. He has such a zest for life that he thought he didn’t have to do anything I asked him except sit and that was momentary. Today he sat longer, walked on the leash much better and learned that biting the hand that gives him the treats is a no no. Down was better also. I love his attitude, he does want to please and he is smart, a thinking lab. Tomorrow we see if he comes when called with and without distractions. Take care. Diane

Today I headed off to boarding school at Diane’s Canine School of Charm. So much to learn about what my humans want from me but I am an eager student. I have also made fast friends with a golden and a cute little Weimereiner. I’ll keep you posted!
This photo is Diane meeting me for the first time. She also told mom that it was the last time she would let me jump up on her. What? No jumping? Hmmmmm….that’s a new one!

The greatest healing therapy is friendship and love. ~Hubert H. Humphrey
Today I just laid around and enjoyed the friendship and love of my family. It is important to just sit back sometimes and reflect on how lucky we are to have friends and family that love us. Healing will come with some time but irregardless, I am one lucky dog.
